Description :
Every evening, young farmers Karine and Christophe open their cheese dairy on the hills above Corrençon village. The dairy produces mountain farm cheeses from unpasteurised goats' milk (fromage frais, ripened or ash cheeses, fromage blanc and hard cheeses).
Sale of cheeses and other Vercors produce every day except Sunday from 5.30 to 6.30pm from Febrary to November.
